I would like to give 0 stars, but it won't let me. Yesterday, 14 October 2025, when I entered the shop, I noticed the lack of professionalism of the employees. Three of them were combing a colleague's hair behind the counter and others were on their mobile phones, even though there were people in the shop. I find this disrespectful.
Shoes are nice, stuff is terrible. You take a shoe you see exposed, say you would like to try a number 10, they go back to a room(storage I presume) and you wait each time 10 minutes. They then give you the shoe(not a pair) and walk away, só if you have to change size or color you have to chase them again and wait another 10 minutes to get the other. All this while they look irritated and annoyed. Really bad customer service !

Went in today for a new pair of comfy shoes as my feet were in agony. The staff were rude, ignorant and looked like they didn’t even want to be there. I finally found a pair of shoes in my size, which were on sale as it had the sticker label in the sole of the shoe and attached to the actual shoe. I take these to the counter to pay and the staff say that they are not on sale and even refused to check. When i told them i did not want to purchase these shoes, they proceeded to show atrocious customer service. Never again will i go into this shop.
WARNING if you are American do not go here. Wanted a pair of shoes that were €120, I looked them up on the new balance website to be sure I was getting them at the right price and they were $99.99. I told the sales associate never mind, and she rolled her eyes and threw her hands up in the air so not only do they have terrible prices but also terrible customer service don’t recommend
