As this is a physical activity, it is recommended to wear clothing that allows for free movement. There are no strict dress restrictions, but closed shoes such as sneakers, trainers, or running shoes are best. For those who do not have appropriate footwear, safety boots are available for rent on-site for AED 25 per pair.
