I had ordered the Apex high flow push on chuck online through the website, but had trouble installing the part on my ARB gauge, so i visited the store to get some help with the installation, and thanks to the helpful staff, i got it installed at no extra cost and barely any waiting time. The customer service was excellent and with equally excellent prices, my experience with offroad zone couldnt be any better.
They did a lot of work on my Jeep Wrangler, including an oil change. However, I later discovered that the oil level is significantly higher than normal. As a result, my Jeep’s engine is now making a ticking sound. ps. I called Jerome about the ticking noise in my jeep. He informed me that it would cost me 900 Dhs to replace each rocker arm, which is an outrageous amount! He wasn’t even concerned about the problem or offered to inspect my jeep. I would rather have another garage look at my jeep before I come back. I discovered that one rocker arm is damaged, but not due to the oil change performed at your garage. However, I was not satisfied with the response and treatment I received.by the way i brought my jeep for inspection what ever problems they found i approved the repair they mentioned nothing about ticking sound!!!
