When my friend and I asked Orgest to lead us on a five-day mountain-bike adventure, he crafted the perfect blend of breathtaking scenery, varied trails, cozy stays and genuine cultural encounters. He used his car as our personal shuttle—hauling our luggage (and sometimes the bikes)—so we could focus on the ride. From day one he understood exactly the kind of routes and sights we love, and we ended up sharing countless laughs and great conversations. Although we’re in our mid-fifties and sixties (and his usual guests are probably younger, more daring riders), he seamlessly tailored each day to our pace and strengths. By the end of the tour, Orgest had truly brought his country alive for us.

Did a 5 day mountain bike tour. The best phrase to describe it, would be “pure mountain biking”. No man made bike parks, no lifts and no touristy experiences, just the real and natural Albania. To enjoy this trails its mandatory to have your fitness on point, climbs are tough, technical and demanding, same goes with descents. But the satisfaction of riding the loose rocky trails with tight and steep swintcbkacks is priceless. Expect to inmerse in the real Albania, elevate your riding skills and fitness and dig into some of the best food around. Give it a go! Worth it

Had an AMAZING 8 day guided tour with Ride the Balkans! The rides were unbelievable, and the food and lodging were fantastic! We really got to experience all sides of Albania. Couldn’t have asked for a better time! 10/10 recommend!
