Kasia

Person running the hut is so nice, so are the cats :) I stopped there for a lentil soup after hiking Musala and it was a great spot for a short break. I considered staying there overnight, but managed to get back from the peak early enough to continue hike down. Definitely recommended if you hike in slower pace or would like to prelong your time in the mountains. 🏔️

The place is placed perfectly before your starting trip, not too far from the lift. The service is great!
Venera

Very crowded during weekends. Otherwise, the place is beautiful. The hut has a variety of foods. This is an easy to reach hut, 1h away from lift, suitable even for young kids.
Lidiia

we left feeling incredibly grateful for the experience. Maintaining a mountain hut in such conditions is no small feat, and the efforts of Maya, who lovingly cares for the hut, truly shine through. Maya keeps the hut in clean and welcoming condition. Her warm presence creates a lovely atmosphere, and she's always ready with helpful information for hikers, making the journey even more enjoyable. Just a friendly reminder for future visitors: you're in the heart of the mountains. Don't expect luxury toilets or a vast menu; the focus here is on providing a safe, clean, and welcoming shelter.
Michael

Exceeded expectations. Great food! The hut mama could open her own restaurant and it would be popular, for sure. Cozy atmosphere even though the rooms had poor sound isolation and were tight. That's how it is in mountain huts.
