Loved our Florence Free Tour â Tale! Our guide Anna was awesome â super enthusiastic and knew tons about the city. She made the whole tour so fun and interesting, and you could tell she really enjoys what she does. She gave great explanations about the main sights in the historic center and even shared a few cool stories we wouldnât have heard otherwise. Would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Florence â such a great experience!

Highly recommend. It was a really interesting tour and our guide Chiara is a very good story teller. We were captivated throughout; she had so many facts to share with us. You can look at beautiful buildings, but to know the history of why they were built, brings them to life. Bravo đ After the tour, we were given lots of ideas of places to visit, so we tried the cafe with a view, as suggested, and we were not disappointed đ

Yesterday, I took a walking tour in Florence with Riccardoâand as someone whoâs a bit of a veteran when it comes to walking tours across Europe, I have to say this was one of the best Iâve ever experienced. And no, Iâm not exaggerating. Let me explain why. Everywhere in Europe (or really, the world) is steeped in history. It takes people years to specialise in certain aspects of a regionâs pastâlet alone attempt to condense the history of an entire city. Florence is no exception. Itâs one of the oldest cities in the world, layered with stories upon stories. So to design a two-hour walking tour that manages to give you a meaningful introduction without overwhelming you is an incredible feat. Thatâs where Riccardo truly shines. Heâs created a clever narrative loop that introduces you to Florence in a way thatâs light enough to follow but substantial enough to stay with you. Every stop on the tour ties into the next, and by the end, it all connects beautifully. The content isnât overly academic, but itâs curated so thoughtfully that it enriches your entire visitâbecause now, you have context. And context, in a new city, is everything. So if youâre in Florence and want a tour that gives you just the right amount of history to get your bearingsâand still leaves you excited to explore the city on your ownâstart here. This is the perfect way to get your feet wet before diving in.

We had a wonderful time on this walking tour! It was the perfect introduction to Florence, and we learned so much history along the way. Our guide, Gabriella, was so friendly and helpful and gave us great tips along the way as well! I highly recommend this tour!

Fabio was Fabulous! He taught us so much about the history and culture of the city! I felt like I had insider knowledge and truly can appreciate the history all the more due to this tour. Also, the listening technology was great - we didnât miss anything that was said. Iâd recommend this to anyone and everyone!
