Giulia

We took advantage of the wonderful initiative to access Superga in the evening. Fascinating. Turin from above is a sky full of stars! Phenomenal custodians. Thank you for not letting a masterpiece like Superga die! The 131 steps to the dome are manageable.
Peter

Fantastic architecture. Worth to visit. Take the cable-car and walk 10 min from the terminal stop to the cathedral.
Claria

Beautiful scenic views at the base of the dome (not at the very top). You can pay €3 (reduced student price) to go up the narrow, winding staircase to the top. You can leave your bag downstairs but at your own risk. The stairs are not steep and are actually not difficult to climb. I was initially worried but I managed just fine even with a torn knee ligament. They have a good system to make sure no one will come up and down at the same time - so no need to worry about meeting someone halfway and having to turn back. There isn’t a strict dress code, I was allowed in wearing shorts and a tshirt. The view from the top is very nice and scenic, you can see much of Turin and the river Po in the distance. In reality the area you can walk to is not so high up, but still lovely views. Definitely go have a look. And you can get the historic tram and better views from Basilica for cheaper than the Mole Antonelliana in the city.
