I attended Aileens pregnancy yoga from 17 to 34 weeks. This was recommended to me by my older sister who attended on her last pregnancy. I can honestly say I cannot recommend or Thank Aileen enough for all her guidance encouragement positivity & knowledge I gained from her classes. Aileen is a amazing teacher & is so encouraging to Everyone. I took away so much more knowledge & a different perspective going into my second labour which only benefited me & my baby.
