Booked through Royal Caribbean and the Cycle/surf course was great and the guide was great. The animal sanctuary was informative and very interactive. The only issues that we had was getting the link to the pictures. It took a few times to reach out to get the pictures. Once they finally responded, I did receive the pictures in a timely manner. The only other thing was that they only took pictures of the cycling, they did not take any surfing, which was not explained to us. Overall, the staff was great and except for the picture hiccup, we had a great time.

This zipline excursion was amazing. Would definitely choose this one again when we are in Honduras. I had originally read bad reviews about people not receiving their photos. However, we received ours via a link within 48 hours. You have to download the link within a certain time frame before the link expires and your photos are available to download to your computer and print.

The craziest thing I have ever done, after I saw the way other zip lines are like the one at coco cay I can affirm this zip line is home made and very but very EXTREME! if you looking for the must insecure and wild zip line in earth look no further, I can warranty that no one will get disappointed 😂😂😂

We reserved the King Kong Intense Zip Line with Monkey and Sloth experience through our cruise ship. It was advertised as a 2.5 hour excursion. When we got there they had us sign waivers and then started getting people geared up. As we were doing that another bus load of people showed up. We finally got geared up and then had to wait for a truck for quite a while. Once we got to the top we kept having to wait for guides to catch up to go from platform to platform. Our group of 25 turned into like a group of 60-70 plus. We would sometimes wait 20 min in order to move to the next zip line. We started our tour at 10 due to the number of people to guide ratio we did not finish until almost 1. We had monkey and sloths experience with our tour so that added another 40 min but was honestly the best part of the day. The guides were outstanding. Poncho and Charlie and all of the guys were great. We felt safe and well instructed. The entire experience was just made less enjoyable because of the extensive wait at each platform in the almost 90 weather. What should have been 1.5 hours was 3. They just way overbooked and couldn’t handle that volume without ruining the experience. To top it all off when we were inline for the tour we were approached about pictures and sold a great deal on a package that guaranteed us 4-6 pictures. They showed us a family picture of everybody in their gear and then pictures of individuals zip lining. Seemed like a great deal for $40 so we did it. They literally took 1 picture of each of us on 1 zip line in which the kids were heading in backwards because of the way they had them hold on. They didn’t take a group picture and no other pictures were taken. We still haven’t gotten the email with the pictures and don’t know if we ever will. If you know your tour group is smaller I would recommend the tour as the guys do really do a good job. The Monkey, cheeky is super fun and the sloth was cute BUT DO NOT FALL for the picture scam.

Purchased zip line and animal encounter package through Royal Caribbean cruise line. Excellent staff. They remember you by name. They also ensure you’re taken care of even when you are passed to their sister company for the animal tours (making sure you make it back in their shuttle). Picture packages are cheap too, $10 per person. The pictures are only taken from only one platform so you must be certain you are turned around properly to get a good shot.
