A living museum of old-world charm, where time seems to slow down amidst lantern-lit streets and ochre-hued shophouses. The Japanese Covered Bridge stands gracefully as a symbol of harmony, while riverside cafés offer the perfect respite to watch boats drift by under the tropical sky. Every alley reveals something delightful — from tailor shops and temples to local coffee spots shaded by lush trees. The architecture, blending Vietnamese, Chinese, and Japanese influences, tells stories of centuries past. Whether you wander aimlessly or sit and soak in the atmosphere, Hoi An leaves an indelible impression — serene, colourful, and deeply soulful.

Hoi An has always held a special place in my heart peaceful, romantic, and full of charm. The lantern lit streets, the gentle sound of oars on the Hoai River, and the aroma of cao lau, mi quang, and banh mi Phuong create a living painting of Vietnamese soul and culture. I truly love Hoi An every corner, every lantern seems to tell its own story. But now, seeing Hoi An submerged under deep floodwater, I can’t help but feel sad and heartbroken. This beloved ancient town is struggling through the storm, and I just hope Hoi An will soon dry up and shine again with smiles, lights, and familiar flavors filling its streets once more. Stay strong, Hoi An. TD ❤️

Hoi An Ancient Town is such a beautiful place, especially at night when all the lanterns light up, super magical! The town is really lively with so many tailor shops and cute coffee spots everywhere. They also have lots of linen dresses, super cute and affordable! Just make sure to negotiate a little before buying. Love the riverside view and the chill vibes. You can walk around, try local food, take nice photos, and just enjoy the atmosphere. Definitely one of my favorite places in Vietnam!
