We use USA transfers for every trip in Mexico and they do not disappoint. They are always friendly and safe drivers. They also speak pretty good English so we chat with them the entire drive. Our last driver was Aaron. HE WAS SO INFORMATIVE about reports and Mexico in general not to mention, he’s hilarious. We appreciate the safety and efficiency of this company.
I had a wonderful experience on my trip back to the airport with Mr. Fonseca. Mr. Fonseca arrived at my hotel about 10 minutes earlier than I expected, promptly brought around the van, opened my door, made small talk on the way to the airport, & ensured that he opened the door when I arrived despite only having a book bag as luggage. Please be aware that although I felt it was a little pricey for transportation for 1 person that they may expect a tip. It cost 75 dollars from Cancun airport to a hotel in Playa Del Carmen one way. I was impressed by Mr. Fonseca overall and wanted to tip him due to his exceptional service. They’re able to send you a link for an electronic tip option if you do not have any cash.

Great service from USA Transfers. They gave clear instructions on every email about my booking/expectations. Staff is waiting outside the terminal just as expected. They were friendly, there was minimal wait time, cars were clean, and each ride was a smooth ride. The drivers I had each time were courteous and were safe drivers. I hate seeing the bad reviews about the wait times due to traffic/accidents around the airport routes. USA cannot that, please write ratings based on the factors they can control. Would definitely recommend USA Transfers.
I’ve used this company a few times and the transportation is more expensive than competitors but reliable- always on time and easy to chat with customer service via app. However, the car condition varies on what driver you get assigned. On our ride from the airport to the hotel, the van was in a horrible condition ripped seats, broken ac vents, mold/black spots on ceiling of car, and we felt nauseous from every bump we felt on the ride. On the return ride, the van we were matched with was in a much better condition than the first- clean leather seats, ac vents not broken, etc. - essentially what one would expect from such company.
