Begin your cultural and culinary adventure in the vibrant Palermo Soho district, one of Buenos Aires’ most creative and stylish neighborhoods. Accompanied by a knowledgeable local host, you’ll set off on a guided walking tour through charming hidden passages and colorful streets bursting with urban art. Along the way, you’ll learn to distinguish between different street art styles, from traditional graffiti to more intricate techniques like paste-up. This immersive stroll offers a fascinating glimpse into the artistic soul of the city and the voices behind its walls.
After soaking in the local creativity, you’ll head to a private apartment for an exclusive gastronomic experience. There, you’ll take part in an Argentine empanada cooking class, where you’ll craft your own delicious pastries with expert guidance. Once the empanadas are in the oven, the focus shifts to a guided wine tasting featuring Argentina’s most iconic varietals. While Malbec takes center stage, you’ll also explore the crisp Torrontés from Salta and the elegant Pinot Noir from Patagonia, making this a well-rounded journey through the country’s diverse wine regions.

Our guide Natalia was outstanding. She led us on a Buenos Aires food and street art tour. Her depth of knowledge was impressive and the locations we visited were very special. We gained a deeper understanding of BA and Argentine culture. I recommend this tour highly.

This asado adventure was an excellent activity, Frank is an great host and tour guide, the Palermo walking tour was very informative and pleasant. Elsa and Leo were also amazing, the food was delicious and we felt at home, really like if a friend in Buenos Aires invited us to an Asado with them, I strongly recommend This tour. Alejandro

History, food, and culture. Frank is an amazingly knowledgeable host who will take you on a tour of the city, showing you the norms and food along the way. The day was filled with food and story. Food at Porteños Establishments and the story of the city’s past. It was amazing, easily one of the highlights of our trip to Buenos Aires. I also highly recommend adding the beer tasting! We already had a trip to Mendoza planned out so this was an opportunity for us to try the local breweries in BA and we weren’t disappointed. Do yourselves a favor and make your trip special by spending an afternoon with Frank!

I can't say enough about our experience with Frank at Asado Adventures. From the first contact and the booking process to the drop off at the airport after our tour, everything was incredibly thoughtful, professional, and highly enjoyable. The tour itself was well thought as we traversed the Palermo neighborhood learning about Buenos Aires history, admiring the stunning street art, and purchasing ingredients for our Asado lunch. Once back at Frank's lovely home, we enjoyed appetizers and a cocktail while we watched the Grillmaster prepare our lunch in the amazing outdoor kitchen. It was just the two of us, along with Frank, which made for a wonderfully intimate and private tour. We would highly recommed Frank and Asado Adventures for a great way to explore Buenos Aires for a day.

The original Asado Adventure tour with Frank is an amazing experience and a must do when visiting Buenos Aires. Going to an asado is a very important cultural experience, but your likelihood of being invited to one on a short trip to Argentina is unlikely, so this is your in! Frank is a kind, informative and wonderful host, his grillmaster is one of if not the best in the city, and his home is stunning and immaculate. The food and drink is all delicious and plentiful, make sure you come hungry! The neighborhood tour at the start is fascinating, especially the street art and the insiders stories Frank shares along the way as a long time resident of Palermo Viejo/Soho. But most importantly, the meat is probably the best I’ve ever tasted in my life. As a craft beer geek I also took the craft beer neighborhood tour and that was also an incredible, fun experience with lots of tasty local brews and interesting info. Highly recommend anything and everything Frank and his crew offer!
