really fun place to visit. walkthru tunnel with loads of rays and sharks as well as plenty of colorful fish. Zoo area had a nice variety of animals . Always lots of fun watching otters and penguins. Otter encounter was the best, learn a lot about the animals and actually get to shake hands.

Slightly pricey buy was worth it. My son loved it. A lot of animals, fish, insects and even some large crocodiles and much more to see here. Some intractive areas where kids can feed or touch the fish. Expected a bit more from the glass bottom boat ride, it was very noisy and couldn't clearly hear the guide was saying. Overall experience was very good though.

Absolutely stunning experience! The Dubai Underwater Aquarium is like stepping into another world. The massive tunnel with sharks, rays, and colorful fish swimming all around was mesmerizing. Everything was well-maintained and the marine life variety was incredible. A must-visit when in Dubai Mall!

The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is truly a spectacular experience that completely justifies its reputation as a world-class attraction. ​The sheer size of the main tank is absolutely awe-inspiring—it's one of the world's largest suspended aquariums, holding a massive 10 million liters of water. Just seeing the colossal acrylic panel from the Dubai Mall is impressive, but walking through the 48-meter Underwater Tunnel is the real highlight. Being enveloped by the tank on all sides gives an unforgettable, immersive feeling as sharks and rays glide right overhead. ​The collection of marine life is stunningly vast and diverse, boasting over 33,000 aquatic animals from more than 140 species. A notable feature is that it's home to the largest collection of Sand Tiger Sharks in the world! Beyond the main tank's sharks, rays, and huge schools of fish, the Underwater Zoo upstairs offers even more unique encounters. You can see the legendary King Croc, an immense 750kg Australian saltwater crocodile, as well as captivating Gentoo Penguins, playful otters, and various reptiles and nocturnal creatures. ​For anyone who loves marine life or wants to be stunned by the scale of a truly grand aquarium, this is an absolute must-visit. Visiting the aquarium at Dubai Mall is an experience that combines tranquility and awe in a truly unique way. The place feels both vast and intimate at the same time, you can stroll through (extremely clean) glass tunnels surrounded by marine life, yet still feel a calming sense of peace. The atmosphere is beautiful, clean, and serene, offering moments for reflection and pure enjoyment of the fascinating creatures. The staff are helpful and attentive, and everything is well organized. For those seeking a bit more excitement, there are opportunities to touch a shark, swim with them, or even interact with penguins, unforgettable experiences that make the visit even more special. Overall, this is a wonderful 1–2 hour experience, perfect for both adults and children. Highly recommended, worth every minute.
