We just returned from an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort, and we can honestly say the location and staff exceeded every expectation. The setting is absolutely perfect—beautiful views, easy access to everything, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it effortless to unwind. But what truly set this trip apart was the staff, who were hands-down the best we’ve ever experienced at any all-inclusive resort. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure guests had an unforgettable stay. A very special shoutout to JC, who was the standout of our entire trip. He went above and beyond every single day—constantly bringing us refills, surprising us with snacks, and somehow even delivering drinks to guests while they were out in the water. His energy, kindness, and attention to detail made a huge difference in our vacation. JC is truly exceptional and made our experience even better. We can’t recommend this resort highly enough and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re considering a stay here, do it—you won’t be disappointed!

I had an incredible time at Mia Reef! All the staff have been accommodating and fantastic. Shoutout to the bartenders: Samuel and Andres, and other staff Kim, Geo, Naomi, as well as Mike and the rest of the waitstaff. The buffet had tons of options, way more than expected. It was delicious! The pool was great, ocean/ beach were beautiful. It had everything you could imagine; I’ll definitely be back.

The location is stunning. The service is hit or miss, it took awhile to catch a sever on the beach or bartender. The best service was during arrival and the buffet. The rooms need updating. The bed was a little soft. However we were in a villa on North side with the ocean and rocks just below the balcony so this was stunning. Location is 5 star plus, stay here for location.
