Anglers and crabbing enthusiasts can enjoy a spacious day on the water aboard large crabbing skiffs, including Kencraft and Carolina Skiff models. Designed for comfort and practicality, the boats accommodate up to four guests, providing ample room for your crew and fishing gear.
Each rental comes equipped with fuel and essential safety equipment, along with a crab net and cutting board. Additional fishing tackle, crab gear, and bait can also be purchased at the store before launching, making it easy to prepare for your time on the water.
A valid boating safety certificate is required to operate the rental boat. A New Jersey certificate is preferred, although an equivalent certificate issued by another state may be accepted. Only the boat operator needs the certificate, while a boating endorsement on a driver's license is not accepted as a substitute.
The rental boats must remain within the designated operating area, south of Buoy 42 and west of Buoy 45. Towing and watersports are not permitted, as the boats are intended specifically for fishing and crabbing. A refundable $50 cash damage deposit is required at check-in and returned after the boat passes inspection.
