We went on Oct 15th, & this was by far our worst excursion experience. The transportation was poor. On the way there, the driver stopped to pick up locals on a random street corner, & only two official stops were made. After the zip lines & ATVs, it began pouring rain, so we skipped swimming. The horses smelled awful, & the equipment looked dirty and poorly maintained. The food was a 4/10, & although our guide mentioned a tequila tasting, it never happened. The photo staff were rude and the prices were high. My ATV tire was misaligned, causing it to drift constantly, which felt unsafe. Finally we were forced to wait hours for the last shuttle van, even though earlier ones left with empty seats. When it finally came, we were packed in like sardines with people who missed their original ride. The driver dropped off the locals randomly, and after everyone else we got back two hours later than promised. Not worth $100+ pp.

It was a nervous at first booking and not knowing if it was real but the staff and the guy I booked with made sure I felt comfortable and reassured me every way possible. They pick you up from your hotel, and it's was a 40 minute drive which was normal and they drop you back off as well. So I gave it a try and it was the best experience ever. The staff were friendly, inviting, checked to make sure you names on the reservation, before, during, and after activities. They took amazing photos which is why you should just get the package, very much worth it. They air dropped us the photos to our phones, they feed us original tacos, and drinks. We tipped, which helps them and to keep up the maintenance of everything. The horses were the best for me, but loved everything just as equal! Thank you

Loved this. The staff was friendly, fun and they’re able to communicate in english very well. It did take a while to get there since they picked up many people from different spots, but I was made aware of this before hand. The zip lining was fun, we did about 6 of them. The ATV felt safe, I chose to go with the guide and enjoyed the ride. I got the horse riding package and I’m glad I did, it was fun. You don’t get to go fast but it’s still nice. The cenote was fun, they have many options to jump. Food was good. You can’t carry your phone on you and you will be asked to pay for the photo+video they take; it can be pricey since they only have set up packages for large amount of photos. They don’t give you the option to buy 1 or 2. Overall, a good time.

❌This excursion had a lot of activities to do and the activities itself was great, but the transportation from the hotel to the activity was terribly unorganized as some of the people picked up from other hotels had 1-2 less activities so the staff at the activities rushed us after we finish each activity. We couldn’t even enjoy our food or go to the gift shop to buy some souvenirs. By the time we had a chance to buy photos/videos of the excursion people that was on the transportation van was rushing us to hurry up as they had their own schedules and preference of time to leave. On the confirmed voucher said it will be from 10:00am-4:00pm (4 hours of activities/food and 2 hours for transportation) Also, the worst part is that the Horseback riding, ATV and ziplining the staff will say you are not allowed to take your own photos/videos and will force you to pay $60 USD for either just photos/videos or $85 USD for both a custom video and all photos taken. Overall the activities are great, but not the organization, communication and service from the staff (Nexus Tours & the staff at the actual activity)

This was actually worth it! We had an amazing time. The zip lines were decent, but did take some time to get to each one as you are with a small group of 8 to 10 people. The horses were beautiful & trained well. The 4 wheelers were fun, especially riding through the rain forest like area and hitting puddles of water & mud. Don't be scared to get dirty.
