Booked a private sunset snorkeling tour with this company for the last night of our vacation to Mexico. Boat was nice and smooth which was great for my sea sick prone friend, she was very comfortable for the whole ride. Karen and Captain Omar were very friendly and took great care of us. We stopped at 3 different spots for snorkeling and Karen showed us lots of cool fish and was awesome to chat with. Plenty of drinks and snacks aboard and watching a sunset on the lily pad on the south end of the island was the perfect ending to the whole trip. Highly recommend
Our tour to Isla Contoy was absolutely beautiful! We met at the office and met Karen who escorted us to the boat. We met our captain, Raul, and his guides, Maria and Carlos. What I enjoyed the most is we were a small group. The trip to the Island was smooth. Carlos showed us the Island then we had about an hour of swimming. We were provided with a great lunch then another hour of swimming. We got back on the boat and headed to a reef where we snorkeled for about 30 minutes. We definitely recommend this tour company.
We booked a private boat tour with snorkeling around Isla Mujeres. This is the perfect vacation experience. It will be your favorite part of your vacation! Karen met us at the office downtown and walked us to the dock. She was kind and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Our party included me, my husband and our teenage son. Omar and Johnny were our crew. They were laid back and friendly, and we got to relaxing right away. They kept the cold beverages coming while they took us around the crystal clear waters. We stopped at a snorkeling spot toward the south end of the island, Omar’s favorite. This reef is magical! I am just a beginner snorkeler. Omar and Johnny were patient with us, and gave us time to get the hang of it. We were in the middle of a stunning school of fish. Yellow striped fish and larger light blue ones—hundreds of them. Dreamlike and gorgeous. Omar led us closer to the reef, teeming with fanned out flora, hundreds more fish, sea urchins and more in a rainbow of colors. We relaxed on the lily pad, and it was a perfect moment in an amazing day. They were so kind and knowledgeable. Excellent guides and teachers. It’s not just a boat ride. It’s a memorable and beautiful experience. Omar and Johnny made sure we were safe, comfortable, and experienced the magic of Isla Mujeres. The Whale Shark Safari is highly recommendable. Karen was an amazing sales rep and gave great information and support. Once on the boat the Captain Adan took good care of us and guided us towards the sharks. Amazing to swim right next to such big animals. Try it!
Excellent tour of Isla Mujeres! Omar Avila was exceptionally welcoming with our special request of a relaxation outing! He prepared a wonderful & tasty Ceviche and Guac and chips! Bottomless drinks and great music. I definitely recommend him for you 2-6 person tours!
