So disappointed with my staying here. I live in Dubai, but booked a junior suit, because I needed 2 days off. When I arrived, I saw that even if the suit is advertised as facing the city, the obly thing that was facing was the highway with the train passing by. It was so frustrating and disappointing to see this, cause when u read in the description "city view" u expect to see the city, not a highway, if I knew I would have booked a normal room with a better view. In the end they changed my suit with a smaller one, and with extra charge....which ofcourse messed up all my day. Second day I just wanted to stay by the pool, Alto 54, which was noce, but where I found out that the staff is selling fake tequila Class Azul. During the day, I ordered couple of margaritas and I specifically asked to be made with Class Azul, they said that it will be extra charge 189 AED per drink and I accepted. The drinks were not tasting as normal, but I never thought to ask to see what they are using, untill the evening when I went up again with my friends, asked the same tequila plain and when they brought the tequila we saw that it had another color. We told the waiter that this is not Class Azul, because Class Azul is yellow,not white. She brought us the glass and pour from it and then we saw that indeed in that glass was other tequila. We asked to speak with the manager, she came, and after we told her what happened and she checked, she came back to us apologising and saying that indeed, they don't have any more Class Azul. Ok, you don't have....than why you put other tequila in that bottle and sell it like Class Azul? She tried to apologise and send us a fruit platter as a complimentary, but imagine how much we wanted her fruit platter when we realised that during the day we paid extra for the tequila in the margaritas and during the night they tried to fool.us again, so the second day was ruined by this. To come to an end, I paid more than 8k for a room that it was not nice at all, we paid some more for some drinks that they didn't even gave them and after 2 days we returned back home super upset and disappointed with everything that happened.

Special shoutout to ALL the room service workers, including Harold, for going above and beyond in making sure my wife and I were satisfied with everything. The room itself was beautiful with a balcony that gives you a view unlike any other. ALL the valet attendants were amazing as well. The infinity pool speaks for itself.

I’ve been to Address properties many times stayed at the residence, dined at the restaurants, and always enjoyed myself but this visit to Address Dubai Sky View was on another level. I joined them for both lunch and dinner, and two incredible attendants, Rasel and Michelle, made the experience one I’ll never forget. Rasel didn’t just take my order he guided me through the menu like a true culinary expert who had tasted and studied every dish. The way he described each meal’s flavor and texture was so captivating that I could almost taste it before it arrived. He made every dish sound like a story worth experiencing, and honestly, he wasn’t wrong! Hands up to the chef, too, for clearly guiding Rasel through each and every dish so thoroughly. The coordination between kitchen and service was flawless you could feel the passion in every plate. And then there’s Michelle so warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. She even remembered my daughter’s name and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. That kind of personal touch is rare, and it made the entire experience feel like home. From the front office to the restaurant, the professionalism at Address is unmatched. But Rasel and Michelle took it even further combining top-tier service with genuine kindness. I actually extended my stay just to enjoy that same warmth again!
