His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to every detail were remarkable. He was always attentive without being intrusive, quick to assist, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had everything we needed. visited Ronin, the Asian restaurant inside the Five Hotel Dubai, for lunch and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. I ordered the ramen with shabu shabu: a rich, flavorful broth and incredibly tender meat, truly one of the best ramen bowls I’ve had lately. I finished with a dessert served with a delicious, creamy ice cream, perfectly balanced in flavor. The vanilla and lime cocktail was another highlight: fresh, fragrant, and very well crafted. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere elegant yet relaxed. If you’re at the Five and in the mood for refined Asian cuisine, Ronin is definitely worth a visit.

I stayed at Five Luxe JBR, Dubai for one day during the last week of October, and it was an amazing experience. I want to give special thanks to Mr. Dipak Magar, the friendly, strong, and powerful bellman who provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. He handled my heavy luggage effortlessly using his strength and always maintained a warm and friendly attitude. He was also very polite and showed good manners with kids, which made a great impression. When he introduced me to my room, it was truly impressive — the view was beautiful, and the room setup was perfect. The restaurants, food quality, and the entire hotel staff were also friendly and welcoming, especially with children. The safety and security of the hotel were excellent as well. Overall, I had a fantastic stay, and I truly appreciate Mr. Dipak Magar and the entire team for their outstanding service. Highly recommended!
