My stay at Hotel Pacha JBR was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere, design, and attention to detail made everything feel luxurious and welcoming. The beach club is one of the highlights of the hotel — vibrant, stylish, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the day. The service is exceptional, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. A special mention goes to Solomon, our waiter, who made our experience unforgettable. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to every detail were remarkable. He was always attentive without being intrusive, quick to assist, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had everything we needed. His positive energy and excellent service made our time at the beach club even better. Thank you, Solomon, and thank you to the entire Hotel Pacha JBR team for delivering such an amazing experience. visited Ronin, the Asian restaurant inside the Five Hotel Dubai, for lunch and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. I ordered the ramen with shabu shabu: a rich, flavorful broth and incredibly tender meat, truly one of the best ramen bowls I’ve had lately. I finished with a dessert served with a delicious, creamy ice cream, perfectly balanced in flavor. The vanilla and lime cocktail was another highlight: fresh, fragrant, and very well crafted. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere elegant yet relaxed. If you’re at the Five and in the mood for refined Asian cuisine, Ronin is definitely worth a visit.

Our stay at FIVE Luxe JBR Dubai was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is incredibly luxurious, beautifully designed, and offers an amazing atmosphere. The staff were all very professional and welcoming — especially Naser, who went above and beyond to assist us. He was so kind, respectful, and helped us quickly resolve a small issue we had during our stay. His excellent service really made a difference! We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend FIVE Luxe JBR to anyone looking for a luxury experience in Dubai. We can’t wait to come back!
