Two-day course combining theory and in-water practice
Mandatory deep and underwater navigation dives
PADI Advanced Open Water Course Elevates Diving Skills in the Red Sea
The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course offers certified divers an opportunity to enhance their underwater skills and gain greater confidence while exploring the Red Sea. Designed as a flexible blend of theory and practical training, the program helps divers progress beyond the basics and experience more advanced dive environments.
The course begins with access to PADI eLearning materials, allowing participants to study theoretical concepts at their own pace before arriving for in-water training. Once ready, divers join experienced PADI instructors for a structured two-day practical program that combines learning with real diving experience in carefully selected Red Sea locations.
During the course, participants complete five adventure dives, including two mandatory specialties: Deep Dive and Underwater Navigation. The remaining dives are chosen based on interest, with options such as Wreck Diving, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Drift Diving, Boat Diving, and Fish Identification, each designed to build specific skills and confidence underwater.
Upon successful completion, divers earn certification allowing them to explore depths of up to 30 meters, or 21 meters for junior divers. The program also accommodates non-diving companions, who may join as snorkeling participants, making it a shared Red Sea experience that combines education, exploration, and marine adventure.
