Step Into a Living Story of Irish Farming Tradition

Visitors are invited to experience authentic Irish farming life at Pauline’s family run farm, where generations of agricultural heritage come alive through personal stories, nature, and hands on activities. Set across peaceful countryside, the experience offers groups a welcoming opportunity to discover traditional rural life while connecting with the people, animals, and landscapes that have shaped the farm over generations.

The experience begins with a warm welcome from Pauline, a fourth generation farmer who shares her family’s connection to the land. Guests can enjoy guided encounters with friendly horses, sheep, and pygmy goats while learning about everyday animal care. Hands on activities introduce visitors to basic horse and sheep husbandry, with seasonal insights into traditional practices such as lambing and grooming.

Beyond the animals, guests can explore the farm’s heritage through a guided countryside walk across thirty acres of scenic farmland. Stories reveal how farming has influenced local communities and how animals once played an important role in working the land. A farm evolution and sustainability talk also offers insight into Pauline’s vision for preserving the farm and its traditions for future generations.

The visit concludes with tea, coffee, and locally sourced treats in a relaxed farm setting, creating an ideal moment to enjoy the countryside atmosphere. With free on site parking and additional space for coaches, the experience is well suited to organised groups. Visitors should wear suitable clothing, closed shoes with a flat heel, long trousers, and a waterproof coat for a comfortable outdoor experience.
