Visitors can experience Florida’s natural beauty on a three-hour guided clear-kayak journey beginning at the headspring of Weeki Wachee Springs State Park. The adventure follows approximately three miles of crystal-clear river, offering an intimate way to experience the peaceful landscapes and changing scenery along the water.

As the kayaks wind through the river, guests can discover hidden pockets where the water can glow a brilliant turquoise on sunny days. The clear kayaks provide an exceptional view of the underwater world, while the surrounding habitat creates opportunities to observe manatees, birds, and other native wildlife in their natural environment.

The experience is designed to feel peaceful and immersive, allowing guests to slow down and connect with Florida’s pristine waterways. A swimwear change is recommended, as the group may have opportunities to take a refreshing dip during the journey. Tandem two-person kayaks are standard, with solo kayaks used when necessary for odd-numbered groups or specific weight considerations.

Guests should arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled tour to check in and meet the guide. Renters must be 18 or older to make a reservation, and participants under 18 require a parent or guardian to sign the waiver. Tours may be rescheduled due to adverse weather, with weather-related changes communicated at least three hours in advance.
