Al Hoota Cave Offers an Unforgettable Journey Beneath Oman’s Mountains

Visitors to Oman can explore the remarkable underground world of Al Hoota Cave, one of the country's most celebrated natural attractions located at the foot of Jebel Shams. Entering through its fortified entrance, guests follow illuminated pathways that reveal spectacular rock formations, including stalactites, stalagmites, and famous natural features such as the Lion’s Head, the Old Man, and the Chinese Cat.

Estimated to be more than two million years old, Al Hoota Cave is the first and only show cave in the Arabian Peninsula.
