Warning: Non-transparent scam during diving trip (Engy Queen / Luxury Cruise, لاكشري كروز) On June 17, 2025, we booked a VIP yacht trip to White Island (snorkeling & diving) through DERTOUR at the Pickalbatros Palace Resort. Organizer: Luxury Cruise. We traveled as a family with two children and a baby. Included in the price: 3 dives, lunch, drinks. On board, diving instructor Hany offered to dive with both my sons for photos – saying it was “no problem” and never mentioned extra costs. After diving, Hany suddenly demanded €50 for "additional services". I refused – he reduced it “as a favor” to €25. Later, his colleague Hamed silently led us to an ATM and demanded 2,970 EGP (~€50), got loud, and said: “I don't give a shit what you agreed with Hany – give me the money!” I felt pressured – with my wife, baby, and two underage sons present – and paid. Back at the hotel, DERTOUR acted quickly and professionally – thank you again for the support! ❗Still, the experience left a bitter taste. The behavior of both instructors was unprofessional, misleading, and felt like a planned rip-off. Also worth noting: when buying photos, they intentionally used an unfavorable exchange rate for card payments to skim off extra money. 📌 My advice: – Only book with transparent providers, ideally through your tour operator – Ask for all costs in writing, even if “all inclusive” is promised – Be cautious with offers from Luxury Cruise / لاكشري كروز

I have waited a long time before posting this review last month August I went on a vacation with my nephew to Sharm Shaikh in Egypt At the time, my nephew treated Me to a dinner on a boat First of all, we were told it’s gonna be an open seafood buffet for dinner As soon as we got on the top deck of the boat and we tried to sit down, this idiot came out and started yelling that we cannot sit there and this place is only for families I literally felt like saying I no longer want to go on this dinner Because the attitude of that person was rotten The way he spoke to us like he came from the streets that his language was garbage. There was nothing good about what he said. It was like giving us orders and I did not feel good. Neither my nephew, but we listened to the guy. And sat all the way at the back of the boat Within a few minutes, somebody else came and he wanted to move us because there are families that are coming on the boat and he wanted our place that’s in the back of the boat already. I felt like we are a soccer ball and they are playing with us back-and-forth then a third person got involved when we sent messages to the person who was responsible for our trip. This third guy came and started talking to my nephew. Of course there was a lot of noise. I didn’t hear what he said, but when we got off the boat, my nephew told me that he was really rude and a bully As for the open buffet you stand in line and you take your Portion as you Were in prison The piece of fish that I got did not exceed one and a half square inch It was disgusting Later on, we learned that the guy who was not happy with seating us in the front was actually a DJ So he was in no position to organize seats as just he made himself a boss and was giving orders There is no way in hell that I would go back on that trip again we felt so insulted disrespected to say the least. It was a horrible experience that I will never repeat to whom reading this review. Go anywhere else just do not go on this cruise, the boat said (Santorini) on the back of it. So if you see that boat stay away from it, stay away from the crew a bunch of idiots that have no Marohl’s that have absolutely no knowledge of how to talk to guests. We were guests in Egypt, and we were mistreated disrespected. I was unexperienced I will never repeat again .
I really got disappointed by their service I been promised that all soft drinks will be covered with my ticket but they were charging for it except water and Coca Cola in addition was poor food and lastly I been charged 3 times like some people on the boat who got the same service
