The owners are two of the musicians. Others included a woman the owners knew since she was a teenager and local singers who came in wanting to perform. It was like the Bruce Springsteen of Fado concerts, with an 8pm reservation turning into a dinner and show that ended well after dessert close to midnight. Singers rotated around the room and upstairs, singing solo and together, to create different vocal effects. There was audience participation with singing and clapping. One of the most unique experiences I've ever had, and the food was excellent. If you come to Lisbon, this restaurant experience should absolutely be on your list.

Clean nicely family owned building for this restaurant with classic Portuguese dishes of seafood and meats on a pre fixe menu which included lovely Fado music played between the courses of meals. Be prepared to stay an entire evening sitting cozy next to other guests. Location was not in an overcrowded tourist section of Lisbon. Make reservations as it is not a large venue. Overall worth the money for entertainment & food.

Amazing show with great food. We loved the cozy and the interactive atmosphere. The singers simply touched the soul. Must visit place while at Lisbon. May be I need to visit Lisbon again only for experiencing this show.. lol
