The lesson begins with a safety briefing and warm up on the beach followed by clear step by step instruction from experienced coaches. You will practice movements on land before entering the water to build confidence. In water coaching helps you improve balance timing and wave reading skills with real time guidance. All equipment including surfboards wetsuits and accident insurance is provided ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for both participants.
