Absolutely professional! Fetched us to and fro our hotel (1.5-2h long rides) at a small extra cost less than grab, and we won’t have to worry about going to the wrong meetup point. E-bikes are very well maintained and it was so easy moving up steep slopes. There were 2 guides for less than 5 people per group (will combine groups for coffee tasting and dinner), and the ratio so that they can customise the pace to each group. If you prefer not to cycle but walk through some of the narrower roads on the rice terraces, they will wait for you patiently. The whole tour was also v smooth. One of the guides will always rush forward before road intersections too to act as ushers for cars to stop and let us pass, or to help us take photos which was sent to us free of charge. Very cheerful, detail-oriented and professional guides who can speak good English. Extremely recommend this tour operator. They really made the whole trip so worry free so we can just focus on the experience!

We had a great time taking this electric bicycle tour. We enjoyed the whole experience and liked all the stops but specially the stop at the coffee place where our guide explained all the things they do there to make coffee and teas. A word of caution...the tour is through less crowded city streets/hills and have to ride around cars and motorcycles. The guides do take care of you as they know well how to navigate through them.

Much more than a simple ebike tour!!! So perfect organised, very interesting explanations, we had 3 guides for the 3 of us!!! One helping on the road for the traffic when needed and taking pictures of us, the other one in the front and ricin explanations on our stops in ne the last one in a golf car behind in case someone tired or bike problem!! Then they brought us to a nice warung to finish the day and the same evening we got our pictures!!! All was sooooo perfect, don’t hesitate a minute!!!
