I booked a sunrise hike of Mt Agung on short notice through this tour operator. The process was very easy and they were very professional and responsive throughout. I’d like to thank my guide Kadak who helped me get up and down the summit of Mt Agung safely, he was very chill and friendly throughout. Secondly, I’d like to thank my driver Putu who arrived promptly and helped get me to Besakih and my hotel with no problems. Thank you for such an amazing experience guys!
A very beautiful experience. Keep in mind that you have to be in a very good mental and physically state. Please listen to your guide if they advise to stop and return in case bad weather conditions. Take with you some food/water and a few cloth layers. You will have a 1h break near the peak and you will cool off and start to get cold. Here you have to change your clothes. Our guide Ktuk was very calm, talked with us a lot along the way up and down. Don't go without a guide on this hike! Always respect the mountains and the nature, don't underestimate it!
Just did the summit this morning I had luck and a decent weather even if rain was almost guaranteed the guide was great they accommodate me and my desires .
