#Steakhouse We just got done with our meal and the service was absolutely impeccable. Tanika gave us excellent advice and she literally had the entire menu memorized. Plus, the steaks were done perfectly. Can’t say enough good things about this place.
We’re approaching our last day at Ocean Coral Spring Hotel and have had a lovely time here. The rooms are nice, only downside to the rooms is sometimes they run out of towels so no towels are left. Around the main pool I want to do a special shout out to Milton and Philandre. They were so amazing with our son, he is two and loves football so every morning they would check in on their mini Messi and us as a family. Shamar in Martha’s Market would always look after us at breakfast and the staff in the coffee shop were always very attentive to me and my son. The entertainment team (especially Cyril and Jordan) were also great with my 2 year old, always saying good morning and interacting with him. The Food was fantastic for an all inclusive. We ate in every restaurant apart from sugar cane and it was brilliant. There is always something open although during the season we went some places do close certain days so be sure to check where you want to go on what day. We went back to the Italian and the teppanyaki twice. Rohan in the teppanyaki was fantastic and would definitely recommend going here! Overall a great time here in Jamaica and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
We just spent a week at this resort for my husband's 50th. Our adult kids joined us from 3 different cities and on different schedules. Danasha at Martha's Market was a treat to see and talk to everyday - she remembered our names and room numbers (which with 3 room numbers and 3 last names is amazing) but most importantly made us laugh. It was hard to say good-bye to her The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Other standouts were: Lotoya and Alexi at Mike's Coffee. They made us many delicious coffees and were lovely to see everyday Petria at guest services. She went above and beyond for us and we're so grateful Danial at the pool bar. Great drinks and great banter Cyral was always up for a chat and a laugh around the pool Thunder was everywhere and working so hard to make sure everyone had fun - not sure this guy ever took a break! Garfield was an exceptional server at the Italian restaurant. Thanks to everyone at Ocean Coral Springs! We had a great stay - we will be back! Dania
As lovely as the hotel itself was — with stunning views of the complex, a great variety of food choices, and top-notch entertainment — it truly would be nothing without the staff. I want to take a moment to shout out all the amazing people who made my stay the cherry on top! Starting with Georgia, who checked us in — so welcoming and friendly, which was the perfect start to our stay. Javaughn and Ariel brought such lovely hospitality every morning at breakfast. Shell’ee-Ann was polite, understanding, and attentive when it came to my room — truly appreciated. At the bar, Nicholas and Sashanell kept the vibes high with their great energy and amazing cocktails! A special mention to the lifeguards Milton, Odayne, and Bryan, who came through every day with good chat, laughs, and great vibes. The entertainment team — Joseph, Cyril, Thunder, and Nat — were pure fun and energy from start to finish. You could feel the passion they put into making everyone have a good time. Finally, Nicole made check-out smooth, friendly, and helpful — the perfect end to a perfect stay. All in all, my experience was 5 stars from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to unwind and get away from everyday life. The staff truly make it a memorable experience.
We go home Friday, but I couldn't wait to write a review. Exceptional service and a friendly team. Our Butler by the pool most days has been Selina. Her laid-back but equally attentive attitude has really created the best holiday vibes! She is an asset to the hotel. Our room view (prestige ocean view) is exactly that. Daily housekeeping, including mini bar refresh and two types of coffee machines! There are plenty of towels and toiletries and a spacious room. Our Butlers Lorenzo and Nazwa are lovely. They check in throughout the day and offer to book restaurants, etc. It takes some getting used to, but it's nice to feel looked after and not forgotten about like you can in other resorts. There are many places to eat, but the buffet is very, very good and so it's tempting to head there daily 😋 The prestige lounge has lovely food and a snack menu for the poolside with the most amazing shrimp tacos! This place is so nice we plan to bring the kids next year and change our already booked holiday elsewhere 😀 Thank you for making this trip a memorable one 💖
