Booked online last minute and the ticket wasn’t accepted at the desk saying we are fully booked already, however they allowed me on if I paid the price at the desk which was double what I paid online. Only issue otherwise would have given a 4/5 star. The experience it self was thrilling and very fun to take part in. Triple safety checks, instructors were very helpful and professional. Drive down to the zipline area had stunning views, especially with clouds passing through the mountains ( Month February) . The zipline staff was super friendly, following all safety protocols before the zipline ride . The zipline ride itself may not have pure adrenaline rush but was definitely super fun and enjoyable experience.
