I had the pleasure of going to waitlist today. I am new in town and was looking to find a new hair stylist. Taiya did my hair and she exceeded my expectations! she did such a thorough job and I felt she really listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. on top of being a great stylist she is very friendly and personable and I had such a great experience with her. I left the studio today feeling so confident with beautiful hair. highly recommend!!

Taiya is literally heaven sent! She had helped me achieve my hair DREAMS! Every time I leave an appointment with her I feel like a new woman and so much more confident. Her customer service is amazing, making you feel like you have been best friends for years. She is so thorough with her appointments, with such an eye for detail. I’m new to Kamloops so I needed a new hairstylist, I came across Waitlist and had asked around about the place. I heard nothing but great things about the people and the service! So I booked with Alyssa, and the whole process itself was wonderful! She assessed my hair length, type, texture etc. then educated me on the what the process would undergo, so I was fully aware. I showed her my inspiration and she managed to hit the spot, right on! I was left more than satisfied and overall just in love with my new hair! Everything was done beautifully, I’ve never had my hair done exactly how I wanted it, and properly. Additionally, the process took some time, naturally — but she was so fun to talk to and hangout with, It didn't feel at all as long:) Would certainly recommend if you want gorgeous hair
