Discover the beauty of the region during a scenic three hour rail excursion traveling southbound through the famous Trough to Sycamore Bridge and back. This approximately 35 mile round trip journey offers peaceful views of natural landscapes, river scenery, and forested hillsides along the route. On select Fridays from May through October, a special Sunset Trough trip departs at 5 PM, giving passengers the opportunity to enjoy the journey during the evening hours. Passengers remain onboard throughout the trip without a layover, allowing them to fully relax and enjoy the comfortable dining atmosphere.
