I spent an afternoon and morning with Sarah's Tours when I traveled to Amsterdam. Guidebooks are fine, but they can’t text you back when you’re stuck in a random neighborhood at 10 PM wondering where to eat. Sarah can. Her recommendations felt local, not touristy, and she built the days so there was no wasted time or money.
