Absolutely terrible, terrible experience! Boats are small and old. Ours broke down halfway between Amalfi and Positano. We had to wait for another boat to come and tow us to shore. The ferry was supposed to take 25 min but ended being over 2 hours!! We had reservations for dinner which we ended up missing because the restaurant closed. I totally understand the things happen but when I approached the staff for a refund, they literally scoffed at the notion that they had to d anything. Very disrespectful and terrible customer service. There are a number of ferry companies that leave Amalfi, avoid this one!

Rough crossing from Amalfi to Naples with the seas building today, but I just wanted to give a shout-out to the crew for doing their best to help out the sick passengers and keep everyone safe. I was also notified the boat was departing a little early and had great communication with the staff. Great company. Side note to people not used to being on the water… stay off your phones! Keep your head on the horizon.

I would like to praise the staff from Positano Jet company from Positano office for looking after me after I missed my boat and organised a quick transfer via Capri to Napoli ! They were extremely professional and very compassionate about my whole situation ! I truly appreciate all the effort and patience Mrs.Lucia and Mrs.Stela showed towards me. I am forever grateful to my two lovely angels ! Because of them I did managed to get in time to the airport to fly back to Australia on that day. Thank you so much 🙏 Corina

We took the Positano Jet from Positano to Naples and it was the perfect end to our stay on the Amalfi Coast. The ride was smooth and incredibly scenic, with stunning views of the coastline all the way. The ferry was clean, comfortable, and departed right on time. It saved us hours compared to taking a car or bus, and it was a much more relaxing experience. Considering the incredible comfort and travel time, the ticket price is definitely more reasonable than a taxi or even a bus. Highly recommend this service for anyone heading back to Naples from Positano!
