Absolutely fantastic experience at Zero Latency Swords! 5 stars! We booked the VR experience for my son's 11th birthday, and it was the perfect adventure for his group of 7 friends. The energy was through the roof! A massive shout-out and thank you to our Games Master, Gary – he was absolutely brilliant! Handling a crew of excited 11-year-old boys is no small feat, but Gary was a true professional. He organized everything flawlessly at the Swords venue, kept the session under control while making it incredibly fun, and ensured every single boy was engaged and involved. He was the MVP of the party, and my son is beyond happy. A big thank you also to Brian for all his assistance. The team's enthusiasm was contagious – they even managed to convince me (the mom!) to join in for a part of the game, and I loved it! It turned from just a kids' activity into a wonderful shared memory. Thank you, Gary and Brian, for helping us throw an unforgettable birthday party at the highest level. You guys are amazing at what you do. We will definitely be back to Zero Latency Swords, and we'll use that "NEWCREW" code for sure!
Our son and his friends had a class birthday party here today. It was hassle free to book. It all ran so smoothly and the party staff there (Rebecca, Dylan and sorry I can't remember the other names) were just amazing; so friendly, great with the kids and really organised. We could head off around the Pavillion's for a coffee and a look in the shops knowing that the children were in good hands. We came back half an hour before the end for the pizza party in the party room. You can also stay and watch the children playing if you wish. We decided to come and go. Ordering food is straight forward too. You can just order at the reception on the day (Dominos deliver it then). We'll definitely be back. Such a hassle free party!
