Customers are encouraged to complete a boating safety course before operating a motorboat in Florida, especially those born on or after January 1, 1988 who must meet specific state requirements. Operators in this category must successfully complete an approved Boater Safety Course and carry a valid Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. All rental boats are covered by comprehensive insurance as well as towing assistance through SeaTow, providing added confidence while on the water. A security deposit is required at pickup and can be held in cash or by credit card for the duration of the rental. The rental price includes instruction, cleaning, insurance coverage, and towing service, while fuel costs and applicable sales tax are the responsibility of the customer.

Boats must be returned fully refueled to avoid additional service charges. In the rare event of a mechanical issue, every effort will be made to provide a replacement vessel, or a partial refund if a replacement is not available. Delivery service to vacation homes is offered within the Cape Coral area for an additional service charge. All boats are equipped with either onboard navigation systems or iPad navigation to help guests easily locate beaches, restaurants, and other attractions accessible by water. A structured cancellation policy applies depending on the timing of the request, with special consideration given to severe weather events such as hurricanes or unexpected circumstances beyond control.
