Customers renting a motor boat in Florida are advised to complete a boating safety course to ensure safe and responsible operation on the water. Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must successfully complete a Boater Safety Course and carry a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission in order to operate a motorboat with 10 hp or more. All boats are covered by comprehensive insurance with a deductible, and towing coverage through SeaTow is included in the rental price. A refundable security deposit is required at pickup and can be paid in cash or held on a credit card for the rental period.

Rental prices include instruction, cleaning, insurance, and SeaTow membership, while fuel costs must be paid by the customer. Boats must be returned with a full tank of fuel to avoid additional refueling and service charges. In the event of a mechanical problem, a replacement boat will be provided when available, or a partial refund will be issued. Delivery to vacation homes is available within the Cape Coral area for an additional fee, and all boats are equipped with onboard or iPad navigation systems. Clear cancellation terms apply, offering full refunds for cancellations made more than 60 days in advance and in cases of hurricanes or unexpected events, while shorter-notice cancellations are subject to partial or no refund depending on timing.
