A nice place for a short hike. Better with a pair of binoculers to observe birds. There were lots of wild flowers, wild horses and birds.

The "Blauwe Kamer" (English: Blue Chamber) is a wonderful diverse piece of nature and history. From the old stone factory dating back to the 18th century to the broad range of wildlife that goes about freely through the open area. Special routes and paths take you through the beauty of the area. Routes are marked with clearly visible poles next to the paths so you don't get lost. There is even a long route (11 km) that takes you to a nearby village and some old remains of the second world war. When you visit, don't forget to take your binoculars to be able to spot all the different birds from the lookout house. Over 70 types nest there and you might also see some beavers.
