Your email said I had to collect a physical ticket, this was not correct and we wasted time trying to find where to get the tickets. I only had to show the tickets which were included in the email. Apart from this the trip was very good.

Good way to see the city, downside was can be quite busy and have to wait for a seat

The train was a little too bumpy on the cobblestone roads for me with a chronic back issue. Otherwise great way to see Granada in an open carriage train. On time and great service

It was good to see someone of Granada. But it was very popular and at most stops there were many people waiting for long times. we went round all stops in one go as we didn't think we would ve able to get back on again without a very long wait. More trains are definitely needed.
