We paid nearly $100USD for two 24hr passes. We leave tomorrow. At 5:00pm we walked to the bus stop near the train station. A bus arrived at 6pm. We were told the next stop was the last stop and we would have to get off. This isn't consistent with the passes we bought. It said the last bus would START at 7pm. No refund. Nothing. Bus driver laughed at us. Tour guide said "Don't blame me I'm from Mexico. I can give you a pass for tomorrow out of my own money." We explained that were leaving the next day and he said "Give it to charity." Um no. That's not "charity." Two thumbs down.
First time and in general the experience was fine. At times the commentary was out of sync with the surrounding. Also the timing on the app was out by some way. But its a good way to go around Barcelona and get a first hand experience. Maybe then if time permits pick key locations you can visit in separate trip.
Very happy with the service, pleanty of busses available, not too crowded ( October 25th 2025). Found audio guide in English really good and interesting, definitely worth listening! Got front seat on one of the busses, well happy! All in all good experience, tickets bought online with 10% discount, not sure if any better price in person.
