Another Gaudí-style park — unique and very nice for a family walk outdoors. You can view the entire town from there. It’s a family-friendly area, but there are no places to buy food or drinks inside the park. For a family visit, it’s best to be prepared, especially if you have younger children.

Very nice. This place has a beautiful view of Barcelona. You can see the sea from up there. The Gaudi constructions are very interesting. Walking trough this place is very refreshing. You should try it with your partner or family. There are people playing guitar and even in february the weather is nice. We saw some parrots and it wad a lot of fun. The only annoying thing was the crowd. But there wasn't that many people. I'm just not a fan of crowds

A wonderful place to spend a few hours. A place that delights with every inch. You can almost feel the presence of the master Gaudi himself. Add to that the mischievous parrots, stealing the attention of visitors. At this time of year, there are no crowds of tourists. ♥️

One of the landmarks of Barcelona, PARK Guell was built by Antoni Gaudi, which represents modernism amidst nature. As you enter the park you hear parrots chirping. You have to look carefully to find them enjoying the ripe yellow date palms and are very quick to hide in the thicket of the palm leaves where they nest. The happy chirping of the parrots was my most favorite thing besides all the beautiful green plants and walking paths. The architecture is amazing! Please see the pictures I’m posting. The park covers 12 hectors of land. The views of the city are also amazing from the elevations of this park. Be prepared to walk, climb, rest and walk again in this beautiful park that is covered with greenery and beautiful mosaic architecture. The park is ticketed. The bus dropped us at a lower level and we had to walk half a mile and climb 80 steps to get to the entrance of the park, but it was all well worth it! There are restrooms at the entrance of the park.

I visited here on a Saturday afternoon. The park wasn’t too busy due to it being overcast. The park is beautiful with all of the amazing architecture. There is so much to see and everything is laid out in a convient way as to see all the buildings. The park offers great views of Barcelona. This is a must-visit place when coming to Barcelona.
