Three Day Rental

Rent one of the premier pontoons or skiffs at the marina for a full day on the water exploring Barnegat Bay. Guests can choose between a spacious pontoon with a maximum capacity of 12 people or a Carolina Skiff, ideal for fishing and accommodating up to six people. Pick up is available starting at 8 a.m., with boats to be returned by 4 p.m. or earlier. Renters must have a valid boater’s safety certificate or license, or attend a 30-minute Pre-Rental Instruction Class at the marina. Guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to departure to prepare for the trip. Fuel is not included in the rental, and a credit card hold is taken for any damages or fuel expenses.

There are additional guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Only one car per boat is allowed due to limited parking, though extra cars can park at Windward Beach for an additional charge. Glass bottles and hard liquor are prohibited, and the minimum age to rent a boat is 21. Boats must be returned free of trash, with all supplies such as anchors, first aid kits, and life jackets properly stored. Renters’ credit cards remain on file and may be charged for excessive cleaning, damage, or fuel. Prop and skeg insurance is strongly suggested for additional protection. Boats are restricted to the Barnegat Bay area, and if a Mate is hired to assist, they must be paid in cash on the day of the rental. Guests should bring identification, a credit card, cash, and their boater’s license or certificate to ensure a smooth and enjoyable rental experience.
