After School Skate Club

Give your child an exciting opportunity to learn skateboarding at the Bristol Sports Arena Skate Park under the guidance of Coach Maxy Hicks, one of the most experienced instructors on Hilton Head. This week-long camp is designed to help kids gain confidence, master new tricks, and safely navigate the skate park while having fun. Each session combines instruction, practice, and games to keep participants engaged and motivated. At the end of the week, campers get to showcase their skills during a Friday contest, giving parents a chance to see their child’s progress and accomplishments.

Sessions occur on four Tuesdays over a month, ensuring that campers have consistent instruction and the opportunity to develop their skateboarding abilities over time. All protective gear, pads, and skateboarding equipment are provided, so participants only need to come ready to learn and have fun. The program emphasizes safety, skill development, and confidence building in a supportive and energetic environment. Kids will leave camp not only with improved skateboarding skills but also with greater self-assurance, teamwork experience, and memories of a fun and rewarding after-school activity.
