Surf and Sail Camp in Hilton Head Offers Four Days of Coastal Adventure for Youth

A four-day Surf and Sail Camp on Hilton Head Island is giving young participants an immersive introduction to surfing and Hobie Cat sailing in a structured coastal learning environment. Designed for children ages seven to fourteen, the program combines hands-on water activities with professional instruction in a safe and supportive setting.

The camp is led by a team of highly qualified instructors, including USCG captains, US Sailing instructors, ISA Surf Instructors, and AAST Surf Lifeguards. Their combined expertise ensures that campers of all skill levels receive proper guidance while developing confidence and essential water safety skills.

Each day features a balanced mix of surfing, sailing, and teamwork-focused activities aimed at building coordination and fostering an appreciation for coastal sports. Participants also gain practical experience navigating waves and catamarans, creating a dynamic learning experience on the water.

Check-in is conducted at the Sea Pines Beach Club, where campers meet instructors and prepare for the day’s schedule. With all equipment provided, including surfboards, sailing gear, and life jackets, the camp ensures a safe and organized environment where children can focus on learning, adventure, and fun.
