Fantastic tour! Greg was a great tour guide with amazing knowledge of the factory and spoke loudly and clearly. Loads of chocolate provided throughout the tour and looking at different elements of the factory were fascinating! It’s even included a chocolate elephant that you painted with white chocolate to take home! Highly recommend and very reasonable price too!
I enjoyed a fun, interesting and tasty tour of the factory led by an excellent tour guide. It was fascinating, with plenty of samples and fun decoration of a chocolate Santa. I came on my own but was made to feel very welcome. Thank you, I would highly recommend
Amazing tour and experience, brought my son and his school friends on his birthday for the tour and they all loved it. Initially I was disappointed a birthday party wasn't available in late November but the Santa experience was offered instead and it was perfect for our group of 8 children [6-10]. They all thoroughly enjoyed it and each and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Santa was fantastic and each part of the tour was smooth running, fun and informative, with lits of chocolate treats :-) It was a truly memorable afternoon 😋 😊 🎅 thank you all at Butlers. My chocolate of choice this Christmas for gifts for all!
