If you’re looking for breathtaking views and thrilling experiences, Grindelwald-First is absolutely worth the visit! The panoramic scenery of the Swiss Alps is stunning, and there are plenty of activities for adventure lovers—from the First Cliff Walk to ziplining and hiking trails. Everything is well-organized, and the cable car ride itself is an unforgettable experience. Whether you want adrenaline or just a peaceful moment surrounded by nature, this spot delivers both. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Jungfrau region!

It's definitely a half day activity place. You can buy the tickets when you visit. Easy to chose the activities based on the waiting time. Summers are always crowded. During our visit in Autumn was best, no crowd.. Each activity waiting line was just 5-10mmins max. Kids play area is very good. Can engage them easily up the hill.

Visiting Grindelwald First is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! The ticket price is quite affordable, and it’s less crowded compared to other popular spots. From the Trotti Bike to the First Flyer and the mountain go-karts, every outdoor activity here is super fun and worth trying. There’s even a playground for kids and a nice restaurant at the top. Everything feels so well organized and enjoyable. I think I’ll definitely come back here during the ski season!

Another must visit if youre in grindelwald. There is a cable car that brings you up to first. Up here there are many activities that you can do, but more in summer times such as the bicycle and luge down the mountain. Note that the bicycle and luge is closed during winter and shoulder season. The views from here is amazing as well. As is any views from anywhere in Switzerland.

Amazing place to visit. We did the First Flyer and it was great (did this before anything else for shortest wait time). It was starting to get very cloudy which you can see in the pictures but after about 50 minutes waiting, the clouds cleared just in time for our turn on the zipline. We then did the hike to Bachalpsee Lake. Again, the clouds came in thick and fast so the visibility was lost for any views. Despite this, it was a great little hike and the cows at the lake were cute and really nice to see! Lastly, we did the cliff walk. Great to do but it was very cloudy. It really can be luck of the draw for clear views. The gondola up and down were so good. So scenic, almost like looking at a painting. One mistake we made in relation to tickets - don't buy the gondola ride online (by itself) if you intend to book an adventure package. We didn't realise that when you book an adventure package, this includes unlimited gondola rides (it might have said this on the website but I honestly dont remember seeing it). So we wasted money on 2 return tickets for the gondola. Just a FYI incase you aren't sure like I was when looking for tickets. We bought tickets for the adventure package at the Grindelwald Firstbahn Gondola Station (in Grindlewald).
