Group - Youth Fishing - North Park

Enjoy a relaxing and educational fishing experience at North Park designed for youth groups of all ages. During this two hour outing, participants will learn the basics of casting, how to bait a hook, and proper handling techniques under the guidance of experienced instructors. All necessary rods, gear, and live or artificial bait will be supplied, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for beginners and young anglers to explore the joy of fishing.

Groups should note that participants aged sixteen and older require a Pennsylvania fishing license. However, instructors may be able to join the group to provide special exceptions for youth ages sixteen and up. Advance coordination with the office is recommended for these cases. Youth group outings are typically tax-exempt at checkout for schools, camps, or non-profit organizations, though applicable tax will be applied if the organization does not qualify.
