I had the privilege of being hosted by Jamie this summer on an unforgettable fishing tour. Several of my close friends flew in from across the country for my wedding, and I wanted to give them a true taste of the East Coast. Jamie took us to several incredible fishing spots along the coast and delivered not only a fun and entertaining day, but an educational one as well. His passion for the ocean was infectious—he took the time to explain the ins and outs of lobster fishing, with everyone eagerly listening and asking questions. It made me so proud to share a piece of my East Coast roots, especially knowing how much my friends loved the experience—we still talk about it to this day. It was the perfect send-off to my wedding celebrations. I can’t thank Jamie enough for his warmth and hospitality, and I highly recommend joining him for a trip you won’t forget. I can’t wait for the next excursion!

Capt. Jamie and his right hand man Timmy took us on an awesome cruise from Toney River to Skinner's Cove. We enjoyed hearing stories about how people settled the area many years ago. We were also given the opportunity to drive the boat on the return trip. Thanks captain Tony and Timmy for a great morning on the ocean. Jax Blue Peterborough, Ontario

Wow ! What a great lobster fishing experience with Captain Jamie and right hand man Timmie. Experienced a warm east coast greeting. Both Jamie and Timmie made me feel real welcome aboard the lobster boat The J Kids. Watched and learned how to bait the lobster traps, remove lobster and use the auto unloaded to release back into the water. Early in the morning we watched a beautiful sunrise. When we arrived back to the dock the lobsters were unloaded and weighed. I was given two lobsters and bought a few more from Captain Jamie for dinner that night. I was lucky enough to get a family recipe how to cook lobster the right way. Boy did fresh cooked lobster taste delicious. All in all it was an awesome lobster fishing experience.Highly recommend experiencing lobster fishing the Northumberland Straits.
