Ordered a hot chocolate from Cloud Nine on Bachelors Walk only to receive my order without any cream. When I confronted the staff about it I was informed the machine was getting cleaned so there was no cream available at the time. I’m disappointed I was never told this before making my order and was still charged the normal price. Disappointing experience here.

This Cloud 9 location offered an easygoing experience with very high quality tasting gelato with so many choices available..warm atmosphere and top flight customer service….I then sat and watched the whole experience of the pedestrians strolling along the River Liffey…very comfortable seating and lucky for me a nice sunny day..

We all loved this experience. Very informative, and we visited places we wouldn't have found on foot. loved seeing the flamingo's too! And the pistachio ice cream was a great hit.

The famous Cloud Nine is the one in front of Temple Bar, but this location is right at the end of Ha’Penny Bridge. The ambience? Think “perfect place to watch Barbie”—there’s a lot of pink. One cool feature was a wall of flowing chocolate, just like at Venchi. That was pretty fun. We ordered two gelato scoops—pistachio and (I forgot the other flavor). It cost an extra €1 for two flavors, but they had a good variety to choose from. You’ll find everything from waffles and pancakes to crêpes and ice cream! The portion sizes aren’t huge, but they were fine for me.

Our guide, Renato, was great. He had clear explanations and answers to our questions. Tavira is a beautiful and interesting place. In particular, we enjoyed Renato’s description of the salt pans and that process. Perhaps having a step to get in and out of the tuk-tuk would help.
