We did a 2 days tour on the aspira cruise via Get Tour Guide. Overall the experience was amazing. However, I would not recommend to book the Executive Room because it is located nearby the engine and power generator that is working day and night - noisy and vibrating. Since it is a the end of the boat you can also smell the diesel on the terrace. Apart from that the room was stunning, the activities were good. We enjoyed kayaking for an hour in the Halong bay. We had some time to chill and enjoy the boat and our room. We learnt how to make fresh spring rolls. Karaoke and Squid fishing were offered as well, although we have decided to watch it a bit before relaxing in the room. On the morning we enjoy a beginner Tai Chi session on the rooftop bar. The team, led by Han and Nancy did a great job at keeping us on schedule and put positive energy in the group while maintaining high-end service standards. The customer service is great.

The food was very good, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our cabin was beautiful, and there were plenty of activities throughout the cruise. We stayed for two nights and were very satisfied with the entire experience. We did receive a later pick-up time via WhatsApp, which caused us to unintentionally delay the transport. However, this small miscommunication is negligible compared to the otherwise excellent organization. One minor point: the Wi-Fi was supposed to work at night, but it did not. I would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

The tour was very enjoyable! The big boat was clean, and our room was bigger than we imagined it would be. The bathroom was also surprisingly beautiful & spacious for a boat! The food on board was delicious and the 5 course dinner was fantastic (special kudos to the chef and his team). The staff were lovely and very attentive, especially Sunrise, who was so very kind! We chose bamboo boat over kayaking in the first evening and it was amazing. The waters were so calm and we got to see monkeys, and bats when we went through the dark cave. Only issue we had & something others should be prepared for was the break stops at a couple tourist traps going to & from the marina to get on the cruise - the store staff bombard you to try to purchase things. It can be a little overwhelming. On the boat, you don’t pay for anything until you’re checking out so just be mentally aware of the extras that you’re consuming so that you can pay up afterwards. The cooking demonstration was nice & went by in a few minutes - we made Vietnamese rice paper rolls - so set your expectations as it’s not an actual cooking class like we thought. The jacuzzi was filthy & no one used it - it’s actually a health hazard so something the cruise operator should get sorted soon to avoid waterborne bacteria infections. Also, we got a paper review form to complete before we left the boat and then on our way back to the marina on the little boat, we got a staff member asking us to open up the site we purchased the experiment from and do a 5-star review in front of him…not good. My partner declined on our behalf as we just wanted to soak in the last moments of the experience. It seemed to be a thing in many experiences we had in Hanoi so this is not exclusive to this tour - ie. tour operators wanting written reviews right away and watching you do it. That can create awkwardness especially if there is not so positive feedback we want to provide. So a little time and space is appreciated (writing this review almost a month after the experience because that’s when I got around to it) and a follow up email could be sent. Great experience overall and we’d recommend!

Just had a quick one night cruise in early August. A relaxing highlight. The room was lovely and the bathroom divine. The food was amazing, and the service exceptional

Highly recommend! Beautiful cruise with great food. The room was amazing, itinerary was perfect. Wish we had done the longer one, we only did 2 days 1 night. Wasn’t enough! We loved it. Nancy was so helpful and showed us the map on where we were, where we were going and what we should do after the cruise. Great experience!
